| TRAINING |
|
We have been recognized by the Ministry of Manpower as the best Omani law firm in achieving the highest percentage of Omanisation.
We have a regular pool of four or five young Omani lawyers who have graduated from the Sutan Qaboos University with a law degree. Under the legal regulations set out by the Ministry of Justice, these graduates are required to train with a law firm registered in the Sultanate of Oman for two years before they can practice as a registered lawyer.
We provide these young lawyers with valuable on the job training and work shadow experience. The experience gained by these trainees and on the job training and mentoring has resulted in several important placements in large commercial firms and government organizations.
Also, we take on interns graduating from international universities and provide them with valuable on the job training and work experience.
We conduct in house seminars for our lawyers to update them on the latest developments in the legal field in The Sultanate of Oman and the region.
Our internationally qualified lawyers are encouraged to attend external courses on a regular basis to keep in touch with the latest developments in international legal matters.
