Abdullatif Al Rawahi is an Oman-qualified associate in AMJ’s litigation and arbitration practice licensed to conduct advocacy for clients before both the primary and appeal circuit courts of Oman.

Since joining AMJ from the Oman Ministry of Justice in 2010, Abdullatif has gained experience handling a wide range of civil, commercial and criminal cases.  He advises and represents a portfolio of leading national and international companies in the oil and gas, construction and aviation sectors on the settlement, prosecution and defence of claims before the courts and tribunals of Oman. Abdullatif’s special focus is on the resolution of disputes in the fast-developing field of labour law.

Prior to joining the firm, Abdullatif worked as a legal affairs researcher in the Muscat Primary Courts for seven years following his graduation from Sultan Qaboos University’s Master of Laws Program.
