Armughan is a senior associate in the Corporate and Capital Market team and is a qualified barrister from England and Wales. He regularly advises corporate entities in connection with their initial public offering, cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint venture and restructuring. He has advised listed and private companies with respect to the acquisitions and disposal of assets.

Prior to joining AMJ, Armughan worked as a senior counsel in the Corporate and Capital Markets teams of Surridge & Beecheno, Pakistan. He is also enrolled as an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.

Advised on the corporate reorganisation of The Oman Construction Company (TOCO) and on the sale of Interserve Group’s interest in the company to Hark Capital Limited;
Advised Ubhar Capital SAOC on the acquisition of the share capital of Gulf Baader Capital Markets SAOC from Gulf Investment Holding Co. SAOG;
Acted as Omani counsel in relation to the reorganisation of Kuwait Food Company (Americana) KSCC (KFC);
Advised Dhofar Generating Company on its initial public offering, conversion to a joint stock company and listing on Muscat Securities Market.
Advised Al Ahlia Insurance Co SAOC in relation to an initial public offering and listing of the shares on the Muscat Securities Market.
Advised Muscat City Desalination Company in connection with their initial public offering of shares and listing on the Muscat Securities Market.
Advised National Life & General Insurance Company in connection with their initial public offering of shares and listing on the Muscat Securities Market.
Advised Arabia Falcon Insurance Company in connection with sale of 25% of the share capital of the company through an initial public offering.
Advised ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd in connection with the Oman aspects of the business transfer including transfer of employees;
Advised Stratum Reservoir in connection with the Oman aspects of its acquisition of the geosciences laboratory business of Weatherford International plc;
