Nader is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Team; having a broad range of experience in real estate, projects, corporate and commercial transactions. During his time with the firm, Nader has advised listed and private companies with respect to general corporate and regulatory matters, including banking, fintech, outsourcing, consumer protection, employment, and telecommunication.
Prior to joining AMJ in 2022, Nader practiced in Pakistan, where he worked with leading firms such as Orr, Dignam & CO, and Fazle Ghani, advising and assisting clients in connection with commercial and regulatory issues, renewable energy, telecom, employment, real estate, banking and projects.
Nader had been teaching Corporate Law & Business Legal Environment at the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan from 2014 to 2022.

Advising a foreign investment corporation as to the laws relating to financing, securities, bankruptcy laws in relation to administrative units, public authorities, Governorates and municipalities.
Advised an international financial institution on fintech, information flows, outsourcing, data protection, banking and other regulatory requirements in Oman.
Assisted and advised an Omani company, in collaboration with leading international law firms, on a multi-jurisdictional transaction for acquisition of shares, deferred payment and security.
Advised a foreign bank on the banking, consumer protection, outsourcing, and fintech laws of Oman.
Advised an Omani bank on exclusivity agreements with a major credit card company.
Advised and assisted an Omani company in the conduct of a due diligence for the sale and lease of telecom towers.
Advised a major manufacturer on laws relating to GPS tracking systems in cars, covering telecom, traffic, fintech, and data protection.
Advised an international tech company on labour laws, foreign investment laws, and personal data laws.
Advised an Omani energy company regarding material breach, rights and obligations of third parties and an arbitration of a dispute.
Advised an Omani company, in collaboration with a leading international firm, on usufructs, sub-usufructs and leases entered into in Oman.
Advised an Omani bank in preparing a tripartite agreement with a developer and sub-developer of an ITC project.
Advised a developer on sale and purchase agreement and lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties.
Advised an Omani bank in relation to the new labour law and social protection law, and assisted them in updating their employment contracts and HR Manual to be compliant with the Omani laws.
Advised a foreign company on the new labour law and social protection law, and drafted template employment contracts for the same.
